Citadel AS is owned by people from Skien. Each property is held by its own company, such as Citadel Skien AS, while Citadel AS manages the portfolio and is your point of contact.

Several international companies are now active in Skien. If your company needs housing for employees, we can sign the lease with the company and keep it simple.
The lease is signed with your company, and rent is invoiced to the company.
You deal directly with the owner, in English or Norwegian.
Our homes are in Skien, with short distances to the city centre and the Grenland region.
For tenants
Contact our administration if something in your apartment is not working as it should, or if you simply have a question. We reply as quickly as we can, and urgent damage such as water leaks is handled straight away.
